Short listing and screening

Applicants will be assessed against the selection criteria, as described in the advertisement. Applicants who address the specific requirements of the role and possess the required skills will proceed to the next stage of the process.


The most suitable applicants will be contacted for an interview. Initial interviews may be by phone, however as the process nears completion, a face-to-face interview will be required for the candidate/s considered most appropriate for the role.

Pre-employment checks and employment offer

Eligibility to work, qualifications, reference checks, pre-employment medicals and face to face interview will be completed prior to offering employment. For positions that require high security or a position of trust, additional checks may include criminal record checks. The successful applicant will be contacted and verbally offered the position and following this discussion, a formal written offer will be provided.
